(All check orders will be held until the check clears the bank.) We appreciate your business and want to make your online shopping experience as easy and trouble-free as possible. Payments are accepted online at checkout, over the phone or by mail.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. |

If you need to cancel an order, please give us a call or send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. If your package has already shipped, the order can not be cancelled and you must follow the return process.
We take great pride in our products, workmanship and customer service. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds if you order the incorrect size. Accurate size charts are provided and customers are encouraged to review them to ensure the best fit. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that all shipping and insurance charges associated with a return must be paid by you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we make an error on your order, we will cover all shipping charges and provide a replacement or refund in full. For items damaged or lost during shipping, we will immediately send out a replacement to you and file a claim with USPS. We do require your full cooperation with the claim process. |

| Most orders will ship within 7 to 10 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by MyPeronalizedTshirt only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina (which requires that we charge tax on all items including shipping). For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
