Your prices are very reasonable for custom tees; what kind of
quality am I getting?
At MyPersonalizedTshirt, we don't think you have to pay a small
fortune to get a GREAT quality personalized garment. We stock premium, boutique
quality tees. They are 100% ring
spun cotton and unsurpassed on quality. Simply
put, theyre so soft and comfortable your child will love wearing his/her
personalized t-shirt.
What styles of
t-shirt do you stock?
We always have classic fit and girly slim fit t-shirts in stock. We also carry
four sizes of infant onesie. Our specialty styles vary and can change depending
upon their availability---we usually have classic ringer tee, raglan (or
baseball) style and lettuce edged girly slim fit in house. Our adult tees are
offered in three styles---classic unisex fit, ladies classic fit and ladies slim
fit. All are 100% preshrunk cotton. Size charts are available here.
What is
the difference between classic fit and girly slim fit?
Classic cut (athletic style) means a more traditional style tee. They're
straight on the sides and feature a crew neck. Girly slim fit tees are body
tapered with a thinner neck and arm binding; the sleeves are also shorter than
the classic fit tee. Please consult our size chart which provides accurate
measurements to ensure the best possible fit.
Are your tees preshrunk?
Children's tees are made from pre-washed fabric; they are not
preshrunk but usually retain their size and shape when washed in cool water.
Adult tees are all preshrunk 100% cotton. We do not recommend washing in hot
water because ALL cotton garments will shrink in hot water.
How are your shirts
printed?
We use a
state of the art professional process that actually dyes the fabric with
permanent, long-lasting color. It is not an iron on or heat transfer. The fabric
retains its softness and the design does not peel, crack or crease and there is
absolutely no stiff feel to the fabric. You can even use bleach when needed and
iron over the design.
How should I care for
MPTees?
Care tags are provided for all garments. It's not necessary to wash your tees
inside out but doing so will prolong the life of your purchase. Don't be afraid to iron over the design either!
What color tees do you
stock?
As of January 2012, we stock white, pink, light blue, and heather gray tees as well as several other styles of garment.
Not all designs are available on all colors; please see each individual listing
for color tees available.

Yes, they really are.

SHIPPING
What shipping method do
you use?
Primarily USPS though customers in the US can also choose UPS.
When will I receive my
order?
We usually print and ship within 5-7 business days.
Shipping/arrival times vary depending upon your location. We ship from the
Charlotte, NC area.
I
live overseas. How long will it take my order to arrive?
It really depends upon where you are located. We're noticing
longer delivery times for many foreign destinations. Please understand that
once an order leaves our studio, we have no control over its arrival.
I live
overseas. Will I have to pay customs fees?
Sometimes you will. Because of strict postal regulations, we accurately
describe your purchase on the customs label. Depending upon where you are
located, you may be accessed a customs fee. We have no control over this and do
not receive any payment or fees associated with charges you may be levied upon
delivery.
Do you offer
gift wrapping/gift notes?
Yes.
When you checkout, you will be given an option to choose gift wrapping and/or a
gift note.

RUSH ORDERS
I really, really need my item soon. Can you rush it?
Maybe. If you need your item immediately, you must call our studio to arrange
for rush shipment. Please understand we can not always guarantee we'll be able
to rush your item(s) but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Sorry,
absolutely no rush items during the month of December.

CHANGES/PERSONALIZATION
Can I change
the color/wording on my item?
Yes. Just include a detailed (though concise) description in
the "any additional instructions" field provided on each item page.
I want an item monogrammed. How should I type it?
There are three main types of monogram: feminine, masculine and couples.
Feminine follows the {first, LAST, middle} initial format. Masculine is
{first, middle, last} and couples follows the {her first, THEIR LAST, his first}
format.
I like a design shown on a different item than the one I want. How should I
order? Please
call our studio at 704.825.3900. We can usually print any design on any item
but from time to time limitations may occur. It's best to call if you are
unsure.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Do you accept
returns or exchanges?
Custom items are not refundable and exchanges are not offered. We do not offer
exchanges on items ordered in the wrong size.
What do I
do if my item is defective or printed incorrectly?
We're human and unfortunately, mistakes sometimes happen. If we made the
mistake, we will correct it immediately. If you made the mistake, we are unable
to offer a free reprint.

CANCELING/REVISING AN ORDER
I
changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Once
an order is placed, it usually goes into some stage of immediate production.
Please refrain from canceling your order once it's been submitted.
I forgot to use my coupon code. Can you adjust the invoice? Sorry
but all coupon codes must be entered before going through checkout. We're
unable to process discounts after an order has been placed.

Do you
offer discounts if I order lots of items?
If items are individually personalized, we do not offer any
discounts.
Can you print tees for my organization, club or group?
Yes, we can. If the items are all the same (no individual personalization) we
offer attractive discounts for multiple, like items.
Do you wholesale?
Sorry, at this time, we do not wholesale or drop ship.

Where is your
boutique/studio located? We're
in a small suburb of Charlotte, NC. Belmont is just moments off of the
interstate and a beautiful little town we're proud to call home. Come by and
visit us at 26 N. Main St., Suite 2, Belmont, NC 28012.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am until 6pm. Fridays we're open
from 11am until 6pm. Open Saturdays from 11am until 3pm. We are closed
on Sunday and Monday.
